Terms of service
General
- I have the right to refuse the artwork if I’m not comfortable with it.
-The costumer has the right to have the commission anonymous or private until further notice. (It is understandable that sometimes the artwork comes as a surprise or that you do not want to be associated with the artwork and want to keep it confidential.)
- TAT: 3 days or 2 week.
Payment and Refund
- Payment is via PayPal, Ko-Fi or Transference (México).
- Payment of 50/50.
- Any change at the sketch process stay on free.
- No refund or cancellations, be sure of your purchase!
- prices can change depending on the complexity of the artwork. (Usually + 1 character, background complexity or extra interactive objects)
Copyright
- I, the artist, maintain the copyright of the artwork not the buyer.
- I, the artist, can use the artwork in promotion, wips, videos, or any other media I’m linked to.
- The buyer have permission to use it in self-promot. No need credits but they are appreciated.
- The buyer can reclaim the characters of the artwork but not the artwork it self.
- I, the artist, don’t allow to use my work for any IA training.
- I, the artist, don’t allow to use the artwork for NFT purposes.The following infringes the copyright of the artwork:
- The costumer claims the work as their own.
- Removing the signature from the artwork.
- Altering the work without permission.
