Terms of service
General
- The artwork include a subtle signature that you may not remove.- My work is for default for personal use unless agreed otherwise.- I have the right to refuse the artwork if I’m not comfortable with it.- Prices are subject to change based on demand. (Usually + 1 character, background complexity or extra items).
Payment, Refunds and Cancellations
- Payment is via PayPal, Ko-Fi or Transference (México).- Payment after sketch.- Payment of 50/50 or full payment (I won’t continue the commission without a payment made).- Ther’s no extra charge for sketch changes.- If the commission is canceled before I begin working on the commission, the client may receive a refund.- The client will not receive a refund once I have started working on the commission (I will let you know when it has started).
Rights of use
The artist maintain the copyright of the artwork not the costumer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Portafolio purpose.
- promote myself with it anywhere.
- Post it wherever I want.The costumer is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (yes, you can upload it to your twt, instagram, tumbler, etc)
- Editing the commissioned artwork with permission.
- The costumer can reclaim the characters of the artwork but not the artwork it self.The following infringes the copyright of the artwork:
- The costumer claims the artwork as their own.
- Removing the signature from the artwork.
- Altering the work without permission.
- Use the artwork for discriminatory or hateful purposes.
- I, the artist, don’t allow to use my artwork for any IA, NFT or Crypto purpose.
Process
- The amount of reviews depend on the complexity of the artwork.- this is how I will send the basic process of the artwork.- If you want to see more or less of the process you can ask for it.

- TAT: 5 days to 1 month.- If there is any problem or question the customer is free to contact me so we can find a viable solution.- By making the first payment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
How to order
If you have questions and don't know how to request a commission, here is a guide of what is needed to order.
